I have listed below some frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the videos. Click on the + buttons to see the answers.
How Do I Know that the Videos Offer Quality Content?
Should I Buy the Videos or DVDs?
The choice is yours and will depend on which format you are most comfortable with. The content is the same with both and the quality is very similar. The video downloads are cheaper than the DVDs and provided as instant downloads which are yours to keep. They can be played on all devices (though they cannot be downloaded to Apple devices such as iPads or iPhones). You will need a PC, Mac or Android device plus a good internet connection to download the videos. The DVDs will play in DVD players and computers but you will need the correct DVD format for your region (see question on formats). You will also need to wait for the physical DVD to be shipped to you.
Do I Need to Buy the Videos in Any Particular Order?
Mediumship Classes 1 to 12 build upon the knowledge gained from the previous classes so it is advisable (but not essential) to buy them in order to gain the most benefit. The Trance Healing video builds on the information from the Spiritual Healing video which should be purchased first.
Are Discounts Available for Purchasing Multiple Videos?
Mediumship Classes 1 to 12 are available at a discounted price. The set of 12 costs £132 as downloads (a saving of £12) and £165 plus shipping as DVDs (a saving of £15). Be sure to select the discounted set rather than buying them as individual items.
Are the Videos Available as Instant Downloads?
Yes all videos (and audio) downloads are delivered as instant downloads from my store. You will also be e-mailed a link to download them later at your convenience.
Are the Video Downloads Mine to Keep?
Absolutely. You will be given a download link to download the videos to your computer. Once downloaded, they are yours to keep forever. Should you ever have a problem such as a hard drive failure, you will always be able to download them again from the links. Should the link no longer work, then contact me and I will send you functioning links.
Are There Limits to How Many Times a Video Can Be Downloaded?
Yes, my store has a download limit in place to prevent file sharing. I recommend that you download the videos to your PC, Mac or Android tablet to watch from there. Alternatively you can download them direct to Dropbox. Please note that you cannot download the videos direct to Apple devices such as iPhones or iPads. They will begin playing instead and this will count as one download. To avoid reaching the download limit, you should download the videos to a computer and then transfer them to your Apple device via iTunes. or download direct to Dropbox to access across all devices.
Are There Limits to How Many Times I Can Watch the Videos?
None at all. Once downloaded, you can watch the videos as often as you like and they are yours to keep forever. Many purchasers comment that they get even more from them by watching them again as what you will take from them will change as you develop.
What Do I Need to Download the Videos?
You will need a PC, Mac or Android Device with a good internet connection as file sizes are large (500 to 1000MB per class). The videos cannot be downloaded to Apple devices such as iPads or iPhones but will start playing instead and this uses up a download (not good as there is a download limit for each file to prevent file sharing). To watch the videos on Apple devices, you will need to first download them to a PC or Mac and transfer them via iTunes. Alternatively, you can download the files direct to Dropbox to watch on all devices.
How Long Does it Take to Download the Video Files?
The files are large as each video is approximately 500MB to 1GB in size. The download speed will depend upon the speed of your internet connection locally and the speed of the download host. Given the large file sizes, downloads may take from between 2 and 15 minutes per file with a good internet connection.
Can the Videos Be Downloaded to a Phone or Tablet?
The videos can be downloaded to Android phones and tablets but files sizes are large 500MB to 1GB per video so you will need a lot of free memory. The videos cannot be downloaded to Apple devices such as iPhones or iPads. On Apple devices, the video will begin playing instead of downloading and this will count as a download. You will need to download to a PC or Mac and transfer the videos to your Apple device using iTunes. Alternatively you can download the videos direct to Dropbox to access across all Apple devices.
Can the Videos be Streamed?
No, the videos are designed to be downloaded not streamed. If you try to download them to an Apple device such as an iPad or iPhone, they will commence playing and it will look like they are streaming. However, this occurs because Apple devices do not support downloads. This will also count as a download and you will soon reach the download limit set to prevent file sharing. I recommend downloading to a PC/Mac and transferring to the device via iTunes or similar. Alternatively, you can download them direct to Dropbox to watch across all devices.
Will Your DVDs Play in All Regions?
Yes the DVDs are not region coded so will play in all regions. However, you do need to select the correct video format for your region. PAL is the video format for Europe and Australasia. NTSC is the video format for America and Japan.
Which DVD Format Should I Purchase?
The DVDs are offered in both PAL and NTSC formats. You need to select the correct format for your location:
- PAL is the video format for Europe and Australasia
- NTSC is the video format for America and Japan.
